20th annual <strong>Iola</strong> Vintage Military& Gun <strong>Show</strong> with vintage tractorsand equipment August 13-14, 2011<strong>The</strong> 20th annual <strong>Iola</strong> VintageMilitary & Gun <strong>Show</strong> with VintageTractors and Equipment willhave many activities for entertainmentand a variety of collector’sinterests on the <strong>Iola</strong> <strong>Old</strong> <strong>Car</strong> <strong>Show</strong>Grounds.<strong>The</strong> <strong>Iola</strong> Vintage Military <strong>Show</strong>promotes the conservation, preservationand display of historicmilitary equipment. This eventwill share and invites the displayof military history as an importantrole military veterans and theirequipment have made for peaceand freedom.<strong>The</strong> array of other collector’svintage military vehicles and equipmentof the past will continue alongwith Vintage Tractors and Equipmentwhich played such a big partof the past.For comparative and educationalpurposes living encampments willset up near the swap area with reenactors.<strong>The</strong>y will be involved inliving history and weapon demonstrations.<strong>The</strong> popular World WarII battle reenactments will happenSaturday and Sunday afternoon aswell as a re-enactment of the Vietnamera on Saturday afternoon.<strong>The</strong> Gun <strong>Show</strong> continues to bea convenient indoor exhibit on thegrounds.
