primary military occupation of a member. If any portion is not<br />

applicable or unknown, report all blanks for that portion.<br />

Army: Report <strong>the</strong> primary MOS, Skill Level, SQI, and ASI.<br />

Navy: Report <strong>the</strong> primary Rating and NEC.<br />

Marine Corps: Report <strong>the</strong> primary MOS and three blanks.<br />
