The section must document prior participation orinstruction in responsible conduct of research during the applicant's current careerstage (including the date instruction was last completed) and propose a plan to eitherreceive instruction in responsible conduct of research or participate as a courselecturer, etc., depending on the applicant's career stage. Applications must include adescription, limited to no more than one page, of the sponsoring institution’s plansto provide, and the fellowship applicant’s plans for obtaining, instruction in theresponsible conduct of research, including the format, subject matter, facultyparticipation, duration and frequency of instruction.
