CHAPTER 4 | Configuring the SwitchSetting Virtual StackPARAMETERSThese parameters are displayed on the Time configuration page:• Current Time – To display the current time of the system• Manual – To fill the valid figures in the fields of Year,Month, Day, Hour, Minute and Second respectively. Theparameter Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute and Second are>=2000, 1-12, 1-31, 0-23, 0-59 and 0-59 respectively.• NTP – To set the switch synchronizes the time with NTPserver automatically. NTP is Network Time Protocol and isused to sync the network time based Greenwich MeanTime (GMT). If use the NTP mode and select a built-in NTPtime server or manually specify an user-defined NTPserver as well as Time Zone.• Daylight Saving – To set the daylight saving parameterwith unit of hours.• Daylight Saving Start – To set when to start performingthe day light saving time.This is used to set when to start performing the day light saving time.Mth:Day:Hour:Range is 1 ~ 12.Default: 1Range is 1 ~ 31.Default: 1Range is 0 ~ 23.Default: 0• Daylight Saving End – To set when to stop performingthe day light saving time.This is used to set when to stop performing the daylight saving time.Mth:Day:Range is 1 ~ 12.Default: 1Range is 1 ~ 31.– 57 –
