Koh‡ ZenjiÕs stupa andperformed a memorial ceremony for him in my name and inthat of all of you. They were again assisted in this by Rev.Okabe and several others of Umeda ZenjiÕs staff. I would likevery much to thank the S‡ji-ji authorities for their wonderfulassistance in these matters. The photograph shows Rev. Littleofficially receiving the ashes from Rev. Noguchi at Fukujuin.Note: While the portion of ashes received are enshrined in ShastaAbbeyÕs Founders Shrine, some of them were also sent toThrossel Hole Buddhist Abbey in England by Rev. Jiyu-Kennett.
