<strong>Annual</strong> Shareholders’MeetingThe <strong>Annual</strong> Shareholders’ Meeting of <strong>Skanska</strong> AB will be held at 4:00 p.m. onTuesday, May 2, 2000 at the Cirkus auditorium, Djurgårdsslätten 43 (near the mainentrance to the Skansen outdoor museum), Stockholm, Sweden.Entitlement to participate in the <strong>Annual</strong> MeetingTo be entitled to participate in the <strong>Annual</strong> Meeting, shareholders must• be listed in the print-out of the register of shareholders made as of April 20, 2000;shareholders whose shares have been registered in the name of a trustee must havetemporarily re-registered their shares in their own name to be entitled to participatein the Meeting.
