PATH (Partnership for Advanced Technology <strong>in</strong> Hous<strong>in</strong>g) is a new private/public effort todevelop, demonstrate, and ga<strong>in</strong> widespread market acceptance for the “Next Generation” ofAmerican hous<strong>in</strong>g. Through the use of new or <strong>in</strong>novative technologies the goal of PATH is toimprove the quality, durability, environmental efficiency, and affordability of tomorrow’shomes.PATH is managed and supported by the Department of Hous<strong>in</strong>g and Urban Development(HUD).
