864 ST Fireback InstallationSKU # 96100184 – 96100186 – 96100189 - 961001904 Carefully place the floorfirebacks into position.You must tip them underand around the corners ofthe burner.5 Carefully replace the frontand rear grates (they reston top of the floorfirebacks).WARNING:When replacing the gratedo not drag the grateacross the firebacks (theydamage easily). You mayneed to lift the burnerslightly while installing thegrate.NOTE: These tabs are bent out when using the accent light. Make sureto carefully bend them flush if the accent light was previously installed(then reposition them after firebacks are installed).6 Install the side firebacksfollowing the directionsbelow.aRemove the clips on both sides (loosen the screwsa couple turns and slide clips up and out).5/16" Nutdriver7 Restore the fireplace tothe correct configuration.bPlace the side firebacks into position.cSecure the clips to anchorthe side firebacks.The ceramic firebacks are fragile.
