CONTENT OF ADVERTISEMENTS AND NOTICESA notice board, advertisement or notices must:(a) indicate the details of the application which is subjected to public participation; and(b) state—(i) that an application for environmental authorization has been submitted to theKZN Department of Agriculture, Environmental Affairs and Rural Developmentin terms of the EIA Regulations, 2010;(ii)(iii) a brief project description that includes the nature and location of the activity towhich the application relates;(iv)(iv)where further information on the application can be obtained; andthe manner in which and the person to whom representations in respect of theapplication may be made.[Refer to Appendix E: Comments and Response <strong>Report</strong> for all details relating to the PublicParticipation Process undertaken for the proposed development]3.
