What was God’s plan torestore paradise lost?The Five CovenantsGod instituted five covenants so humanity could receive salvation:(1) Adam and Eve were given a life or death choice. Theycould have eaten from The Tree of Life, but they chose death byeating of The Tree of Good and Evil. (2) Melchizedek, as TheHigh Priest of God, made a covenant with Abraham throughthe promised seed that God’s rest would be restored. (3) Thisagreement was made because of a sin. Israel, as a nation, sinnedby building a golden calf to worship. This is “the genesis” ofThe Old Covenant or administration of death (II Corinthians3:1-7). This “covenant” was an agreement based upon TheLaw (a legal contract), which in turn is based upon statutesand judgments with blessings of human existence and curses,
