7 Sep 05 AFRC aeromedical evacuation operations redeployed 23 crews within 24 hours. 113 7 Sep 05 The 926 th FW Commander (New Orleans ARS, LA) on behalf of the Louisiana Air National Guard Expeditionary Medical Squadron Commander, requested a small contingent of medical personnel to assist at New Orleans ARS. Volunteers from the 301 st and 701 st Medical Squadrons (Carswell ARB, TX); 433 rd Medical Squadron (Lackland AFB, TX); and the 917 th Medical Squadron (Barksdale AFB, LA) deployed to New Orleans ARS.
