That said, he still has an impressivearray of powers that make running this encounterchallenging.Round 1: Razcoreth maneuvers to put the PCs inrange of his frightful presence. When two or more PCsare in the area of his burst, he uses this power. Hefollows up by using warlock’s curse on the closest PC.Finally, he spends an action point to use his breathweapon.Round 2: Razcoreth keeps distance between himselfand any defenders, shifting if necessary.
