In recognising the distinct roles and functions of Canary Wharfand Brick Lane town centres:a. A3, A4 and A5 uses in Canary Wharf major centre will be consideredon the merits of individual applications; andb. A3, A4 and A5 uses in Brick Lane district centre will be sup-units.7. Development within a town centre will be supported where it doesnot have an adverse impact upon the function of a town centreuse. Town centre development will need to demonstrate that:23
