Note: These are estimated number of items, the actual requirement may vary, both in numbers and lot-wise
distribution, and no liability whatsoever shall attach to the purchaser on account of such variation. The
warranty and software subscription for all the items listed above shall be five years except for item at S.No.
5, 10 and 11 for which it shall be one year from the date of commissioning.
* For items mentioned at S.No. 17 to 21, the bidder is required to propose the same Desktop Computer as
mentioned at S.No. 1 but in-lieu (exchange/ buy-back) of the existing computers. The price bid for such
items (S.No. 17 to 21) should be quoted accordingly (in-lieu price) by the bidder. The total estimated
quantity of the Desktop Computers to be supplied would be 1868.
