本 署 提 倡 網 上 學 習 , 以 促 進 自 我 發 展 。
本 署 全 體 員 工 均 可 登 入 部 門 的 內 聯 網 ,
查 看 有 用 的 學 習 材 料 及 與 工 作 有 關 的 指
引 , 方 便 快 捷 。 本 署 在 十 二 月 新 推 出 普
通 話 自 學 站 。 該 網 站 特 別 提 供 與 工 作 相
關 的 學 習 資 源 , 並 可 連 結 政 府 其 他 部 門
有 關 學 習 普 通 話 的 網 站 。
E-learning is advocated in the Department to facilitate selfdevelopment.
All staff in the Legal Aid Department have
access to the Department’s intranet from which they can
gain access to useful learning resources and work-related
guidelines easily. A new Putonghua Corner ( 普 通 話 自 學
站 ) was launched in December which provided job specific
learning materials and web links to other government
departments on the subject.
除 部 門 入 門 網 站 外 , 本 署 員 工 亦 可 瀏 覽
中 央 學 習 入 門 網 站 ( 公 務 員 易 學 網 ), 以
便 他 們 可 隨 時 隨 地 按 自 己 的 步 伐 學 習 。
本 署 約 71% 的 員 工 已 登 記 成 為 該 網 站
的 用 戶 , 這 個 登 記 率 較 整 體 公 務 員 的 平
均 登 記 率 48% 為 高 。
Aside from the Departmental Portal, staff can also access the
central learning portal and the Cyber Learning Centre (CLC),
which enables them to learn anywhere and at their own
pace. Around 71% of LAD staff have registered with the
CLC compared with the civil service average of 48%.
