WorLd FiCts ChaLLenge 2008
Dal 21 al 25 aprile Mosca (Russia) ha ospitato il “6° Krasngorski International FICTS Festival”,
diretto da Stas Tomski. 70 i video in concorso, provenienti da 14 Paesi. La “Cerimonia di Apertura”
si è svolta il 21 aprile nella cornice del famoso cinema “Khudozhestvenny” nel centro
di Mosca alla presenza del Presidente della FICTS Prof. Franco B. Ascani, del Governatore dell’Area
di Mosca Boris Rasskazov (vedi foto), di registi di talento, famosi campioni olimpici e
della campionessa olimpica di pattinaggio di figura Irina Rodnina, Presidente del Festival. La
“Cerimonia di Chiusura” ha avuto luogo il 25 aprile, presso il “Crocus Expo Blue Auditorium”.
Tra i premiati dalla Giuria: miglior debutto - Premio ex-aequo “Fast Girl” (Usa) diretto da D. Zirilli
e “The Overtime. Valery Kharlamov” (Russia) diretto da Yu. Korolev; miglior regia “Russian
versus Russian” (Russia) diretto da Evgeny Bogatyrev; miglior documentario “To live and to
win” (Russia) diretto da V. Guluev; miglior lungometraggio “Fighting the shadow” (Russia) diretto
da A. Megerdichev; Premio Speciale “The highland saga” (Slovenia) diretto da S. Kuclar;
Gran Premio: “Flying Scotsman” (Germania/Gran Bretagna) diretto da D. Mackinnon. Il Festival
di Krasnogorski fa parte del Circuito Internazionale del “World FICTS Challenge” dal 2002.

From April 21st to 25th took place in Moscow (Russia) the “6th Krasnogorski International FICTS
Festival”, directed by Mr. Stas Tomski and that will be in competition 70 videos, coming from
14 Countries. The “Opening Ceremony” took place on April 21st in the famous cinema “Khudozhestvenny”
in the center of Moscow to the presence of FICTS President Prof. Franco B. Ascani,
the Governor of the Area of Moscow Boris Rasskazov (see picture) and also to the presence
of directors, famous olympic champions and one of the olympic champion of figure skating
Irma Rodnina, President of the Festival. The “Award Ceremony” took place on April 25th to the
“Crocus Expo Blue Auditorium”. Among the rewarded: best debut “Fast Girl” (USA) directed by
D. Zirilli and “The Overtime. Valery Kharlamov” (Russia) directed by Yu. Korolev; best direction
“Russian versus Russian” (Russia) directed by Evgeny Bogatyrev; best documentary “To live and
to win” (Russia) directed by V. Guluev; best feature film “Fighting the shadow” (Russia) directed
by A. Megerdichev; Special Prize “The highland saga” (Slovenia) directed from S. Kuclar; Grand
Prix “Flying Scotsman” (Germany/United Kingdom) directed by D. Mackinnon. From 2002, the
Festival of Krasnogorski is part of the International Circuit of the “World Ficts Challenge”.
