Il “Media Museum – Mostra e laboratorio audiovisivo per il cinema, teatro , televisione
e radio” di Pescara, insieme allo storico “Caffè Vittoria” di Chieti, hanno ospitato,
dal 26 maggio al 1 giugno, il “1° SPORT INTERNATIONAL FICTS FESTIVAL”. La FICTS,
in collaborazione con il Comitato dei “XVI Giochi del Mediterraneo” (Presidente On.
Sabatino Aracu) e la Provincia di Chieti (V.Presidente Dott. Umberto Aimola), ha
curato la realizzazione dell’evento in parallelo ed in simbiosi con il “Premio Sport
Chieti 2008 – Premio Nazionale di Letteratura e Cinematografia Sportiva”. La FICTS
ha messo a disposizione, oltre a 60 film delle più significative discipline sportive, per
un totale di 81 ore di proiezione, oltre a tre mostre esclusive: “Cent’anni di Cinema
e Sport”, “Il Cinema e i Giochi Olimpici” e “Lo Sport ed il Cinema sulle copertine de
La Domenica del Corriere”(60 copie originali dal 1901 in avanti).
The “Media Museum – Exibition and audiovisual laboratory for the cinema, theatre,
television and radio”in Pescara, together with the historical “Caffè Vittoria” in Chieti,
had accomodate, from May 26th to June 1st, the “1st SPORT INTERNATIONAL FICTS
FESTIVAL” The FICTS, in collaboration with the Committee of the “XVI Mediterranean
Games” (President On. Sabatino Aracu) and the Province of Chieti, (V. President Dr.
Umberto Aimola) cured the realization of the event in parallel and symbiosis with
the “Prize Chieti Sport 2008 – National Prize of Literature and Sport Cinematography”.
The FICTS has put to disposition, beyond to 60 movies of the most meaningful sport
disciplines, to a total of 81 hours of projection, three exclusive Exibitions: “Cent’anni
di Cinema e Sport”, “Il Cinema e i Giochi Olimpici” and “Lo sport ed il Cinema sulle
copertine de La Domenica del Corriere” (60 original copies since 1901).
