due dates outlined in the UBC Engineering

• If you have a term where you were eligible but
were not placed in a job, please indicate with
“UN”
• If you are requesting to miss a work term,
please indicate with “OFF” in the appropriate
term
• If you are requesting a work term off to go
abroad on academic exchange, please
indicate with “EXCH”
