CAREER TRANSACTIONS:<br />

• Signed by the Colts as an unrestricted free agent on March 14, 2013.<br />

• Originally selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the seventh-round (244th overall) of the 2009 NFL Draft.<br />

2013 (<strong>COLTS</strong>):<br />

• Started his first game in a Colts uniform in the regular season opener against Oakland (9/8). Contributed with four solo tackles in the<br />

victory.<br />

• Registered two tackles and one pass defensed in the team’s Week 2 loss against Miami (9/15).<br />

• Made a start at defensive tackle in the team’s Week 3 win at San Francisco (9/22), but did not record any tackles. Was part of a<br />

defense that limited Colin Kaepernick to two completions in the first half and 139 total net passing yards.<br />

• Was listed as inactive for the team’s Week 4 victory at Jacksonville (9/29).<br />

• As a junior in 2008, played in 11 games (six starts) at defensive tackle, recording 20 tackles, 2.0 sacks, two passes defensed and a<br />

fumble recovery.<br />

• As a sophomore in 2007, started two games and was named Defensive Most Outstanding Player in the BCS National Championship<br />

Game, registering six tackles, a half of a sack and a blocked field goal, in LSU’s win over Ohio State.<br />

• As a redshirt freshman in 2006, played in 12 games (one start) and tallied 27 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, 3.0 sacks, one pass<br />

defensed, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery.<br />

PERSONAL:<br />

• Was rated as the No.1 defensive line prospect in Florida while playing at Carol City Senior High School in Miami Gardens, Fla.<br />

• As a senior, was named a first-team all-state choice with 93 tackles, 15.0<br />

sacks, six forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries and three interceptions,<br />

while setting the Florida state record for sacks in a game (6.5).<br />

• Won state championships in the shot put and discus as both a junior and<br />

senior. Recorded the nation’s third-best toss in the shot put with a throw of<br />

65-5 in 2005.<br />

• Worked at Habitat for Humanity throughout college, helping in a variety of<br />
