CAREER TRANSACTIONS:<br />

• Signed by the Colts as an unrestricted free agent on March 14, 2012.<br />

• Signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an unrestricted free agent on March 22, 2010.<br />

• Traded to the Seattle Seahawks by Detroit along with a fifth-round pick on March 14, 2009.<br />

• Originally selected by the Detroit Lions in the third-round (66th overall) of the 2003 NFL Draft.<br />

PRO CAREER:<br />

• Was named the Colts Man of the Year in 2012 for his leadership on and off the field.<br />

• Compiled a string of 66 consecutive starts from 2004-08 with Detroit as well as being named a team captain for the Lions in 2006 and<br />

2007.<br />

• Secured a fumble recovery, which he returned 13 yards for a touchdown in Baltimore’s Divisional Playoff game at Pittsburgh (1/15/11).<br />

2013 (<strong>COLTS</strong>):<br />

• Made a start at defensive end in the team’s regular season opener against Oakland (9/8) and finished the game with four tackles (two<br />

solo).<br />

• Started at defensive tackle in a Week 2 loss against Miami (9/15), but did not record a tackle.<br />

• Started at defensive end in the team’s Week 3 win at San Francisco (9/22). Posted four tackles (three solo), one pass defensed and<br />

split the team’s second sack of the game with Robert Mathis when the duo dropped Colin Kaepernick in the fourth quarter. The<br />

quarterback takedown marked career sack number 28.0.<br />

• In a Week 4 victory at Jacksonville (9/29), started at defensive end and compiled four tackles (three solo) and 1.0 sack for a loss of<br />

three yards. Was part of a defense that held the Jaguars to three points and 40 net rushing yards.<br />

• In his 150th career game, tallied three tackles in the team’s Week 5 victory against Seattle (10/6).<br />

2012 (<strong>COLTS</strong>):<br />

• Started all 14 games he played in and was inactive for two games.<br />

• Totaled 46 tackles (25 solo), four passes defensed, 2.0 sacks and one fumble recovery.<br />

• Earned the Colts Man of the Year award for his leadership on and off the field.<br />

• Against Minnesota (9/16), totaled seven tackles, one pass defensed and one fumble recovery, the 10th of his career. The recovery led<br />

to a 26-yard field goal.<br />

• Against Green Bay (10/7) finished the game with his third career multiple-sack performance (2.0) as well as adding six tackles.<br />

• In a 23-20 victory over Miami (11/4), and finished with six tackles. Part of a defensive line that limited the Dolphins to 84 net rushing<br />

yards.<br />

• Collared four tackles and one pass defensed at Jacksonville (11/8) while limiting the Jaguars to 37 rushing yards.<br />

• Contributed with four tackles and one tackle for loss starting at defensive end in the team’s 35-33 win at Detroit (12/2).<br />

• Finished with five tackles and one tackle for loss, starting at defensive end in the team’s loss at Houston (12/16).<br />

• Started at defensive end in the team’s AFC Wild Card Playoff loss at Baltimore (1/6). Finished first on the defensive line with six<br />

tackles (four solo) while adding his first career postseason forced fumble.<br />

2011 (RAVENS):<br />

• In 15 games (11 starts) with the Ravens, tallied 43 tackles (29 solo), 4.5 sacks, one fumble recovery and two passes defensed.<br />

• His sack total was the second-highest for a single season behind his career-high of 8.0 set in 2006.<br />

• Part of a Ravens defense that finished third in the league in total defense (288.9), second against the run (92.6) and fourth against the<br />

pass (196.3).<br />

• Compiled two tackles, 1.0 sack and one pass defensed at St. Louis (9/25).<br />

• Totaled five tackles and a single-game career-high 2.5 sacks against San Francisco (11/24).<br />

• Notched five tackles and 1.0 sack against Indianapolis (12/11).<br />

2010 (RAVENS):<br />

• Competed in 15 games (11 starts) with Baltimore and finished the season with 38 tackles (29 solo), 3.0 sacks, a career-high four<br />

passes defensed and his first career interception.<br />

• Recorded two solo tackles and 1.0 sack for a defense that allowed just 39 net rushing yards against Denver (10/10).<br />

• Totaled two solo tackles, a career-high two passes defensed and his first career interception against New Orleans (12/19). Was part of<br />

a defensive unit that held the Saints to 27 total rushing yards.<br />

• Posted two tackles, half of a sack and a fumble recovery, which he returned 13 yards for a touchdown in the team’s AFC Divisional<br />

Playoff game at Pittsburgh (1/15).<br />

2009 (SEAHAWKS):<br />

• With Seattle, saw action in 15 games with three starts and totaled 20 tackles (18 solo), 2.0 sacks and tied a career-high with two<br />

fumble recoveries.<br />

• Registered two tackles and one fumble recovery against Jacksonville (10/11).<br />

• Contributed with 1.0 sack and two solo stops at Minnesota (11/22).<br />

• Notched two solo tackles and 1.0 sack at St. Louis (11/29).<br />

2008 (LIONS):<br />

• In his last season with Detroit, started 12-of-13 games and netted 66 tackles<br />

(42 solo) and 3.0 sacks before being placed on Injured Reserve with a knee<br />

injury on December 12.<br />

• Recorded a season-high eight tackles (four solo) and half of a sack at<br />

Minnesota (10/12).<br />
