Changes/Substitutions<br />

J&D Manufacturing reserves the right to make changes or substitutions without prior notice on<br />

material or designs consistent with our policy on product improvement.<br />

Shipping Damage Policy<br />

You must always inspect your product upon arrival. Once you sign for a shipment, you<br />

take full ownership of the product, with or without damages. J&D Manufacturing recommends<br />

that you carefully inspect your shipment upon carrier arrival and report any damages to the<br />

carrier at once. You must notify J&D immediately of any damages so that we may prepare for<br />

refused shipments and gather the appropriate information to resolve the claim. You must notify<br />

J&D within 10 working days of product receipt for any concealed damages.<br />

In the event of freight damage, J&D will file a freight claim on your behalf for any “prepay and<br />

add” shipments. For Third Party or Collect shipments, it is your responsibility to file a freight<br />

claim with the carrier to recover the cost of product and/or freight charges.<br />

Return Policy<br />

Any item returning to J&D requires 24 hour advance notice, and a valid Return Goods<br />

Authorization (RGA) number. This includes product returned to J&D Manufacturing for any<br />

reason including damage, warranty, incorrect shipment, overstock, etc. The RGA number is<br />

used when product is received at J&D in order to properly issue credit on your account. To<br />

obtain an RGA number, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-998-2398 or<br />

e-mail jdmfg@jdmfg.com. You must have the part number and invoice number when obtaining<br />

an RGA number. RGA numbers expire 30 days from the date of issue and will not be re-issued.<br />

All product returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, or within the warranty period for<br />

warranty claims. Standard J&D products that are returned in “like new” condition will be issued<br />

full credit minus a restocking fee up to 25% of original product cost. For products that are<br />

returned in less than “like new” condition, the restocking/reconditioning fee will be determined<br />

following an inspection of the product by J&D Manufacturing.<br />

Returns are not accepted on special orders.<br />
