General Policies<br />
Product Warranty Policy<br />
J&D provides a one year warranty to the original purchaser on all products that are inspected and proven<br />
by J&D Manufacturing to be defective in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies to all products<br />
unless otherwise noted in the Product Specific Warranties and Exclusions section of our policies.<br />
Products or individual components may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of J&D Manufacturing.<br />
The warranty period is valid from the date of invoice from J&D Manufacturing, and applies only to products<br />
used for the intended purpose under normal use, and does not cover the following:<br />
• Regular wear and tear<br />
• Return freight or delivery<br />
• Loss or damage to personal property<br />
• Cost of removal or installation<br />
• Incidental or consequential damages or labor<br />
• Misuse, abuse, alterations or negligence<br />
• Improper installation or installation that does not adhere to installation instructions<br />
• Improper operation<br />
• Lack of maintenance to the product<br />
• Cosmetic rust, corrosion, or staining<br />
• Products without proper identification<br />
What If I Have a Warranty Claim?<br />
If you believe a product has failed within the specified warranty period, please contact customer service<br />
at 1-800-998-2398 or e-mail jdmfg@jdmfg.com. You must have the original J&D invoice number and part<br />
number available when submitting a warranty claim.<br />
Customer service will complete the necessary warranty documentation, and notify you within 24 hours if<br />
a decision has been made to repair, replace or destroy the defective product or component. Instructions<br />
will be provided at that time if all or part of the defective product should be returned to J&D. If a request<br />
has been made by J&D to return all or part of a product, a credit will be issued within 30 days of receipt<br />
back to J&D unless further investigation is required, or unless it has been determined that the product<br />
warranty falls outside the coverage guidelines outlined above in the Product Warranty Policy.<br />
If a replacement product or part is needed to satisfy the warranty claim, please notify customer service<br />
when filing your claim, or submit a purchase order. J&D does not automatically ship a replacement in the<br />
event of product defect.<br />
