Delivery and service conditions of Lehrieder
Catering-Party-Service GmbH & Co. KG
(Catering, stand catering)
� The first delivery during the usual exhibition opening times from 8 a.m.
to 6 p.m. is free. We reserve the right to make a service charge for
additional deliveries. A service charge of EUR 15.00 is made for deliveries
worth less than EUR 50.00.
� For logistics reasons, the free delivery of the first order for drinks is made
during the afternoon of the day before the exhibition starts. A fixed
transport charge of EUR 10.00 net per delivery is agreed during the
running time of the exhibition.
� Follow-up deliveries are possible at any time and we make every attempt
to deliver without delay.
� Drinks are delivered cooled on a sale or return basis.
� The minimum order is 10 of each item for food and 1 crate for drinks.
� Drinks are charged by crates, i.e. only full crates are taken back.
� Only full crates can be taken back. Incomplete crates, single bottles or
kegs are not taken back. We charge a return fee of EUR 5.00 for original
crates. If more than 50% are returned, we charge a collection fee of
EUR 30.00.
� A charge will be made for empties not returned.
� Breakages and losses are charged at cost price.
� Food made with certified organic ingredients must be ordered 2 weeks in
advance.
� Stand catering is restricted to the NürnbergMesse exhibition site. Deliveries
cannot be made to the restaurants or congress rooms in the exhibition
center. We will be pleased to make you a separate offer for catering
services in the conference rooms of the exhibition.
� Food is charged according to the quantity ordered and can only be
cancelled up to 1 week before the exhibition starts.
� Complaints, especially about food, must be notified to the person
responsible for stand catering on the same day. Later complaints cannot
be accepted as these can no longer be checked.
� Hire equipment must be sorted and made ready for collection at the end
of the exhibition by the customer, otherwise we must charge the cost of
personnel for sorting.
� Please notify us of your correct invoice address before the start of the
exhibition. We charge a processing fee of EUR 25.00 for issuing new
invoices due to incorrect invoice data.
� A cancellation charge of EUR 20.00 is payable for late cancellations.
� Payment is made for each delivery.
� All prices are subject to VAT at the statutory rate.
� We charge the invoice amount to your credit card after the close of the
exhibition and send you all vouchers for checking by post.

� The place of jurisdiction and fulfillment for both parties, including debt
