After receipt of your order, we will send you an invoice by e-mail or fax
(please state address/fax no.), which you then pay by a bank transfer to
the account stated on the invoice, quoting the invoice number.
Parking permits and travel tickets are mailed with delivery note and
note of payment approximately 4–6 weeks before the exhibition
starts, subject to prior receipt of payment.

will be billed an express surcharge of 25%, subject to a minimum
surcharge of EUR 10 per order.
