Paramonas<br />
If you want to enjoy Corfu away from the<br />
crowds and noise then Paramonas and environs<br />
is the place for you. It is a quiet and beautiful<br />
environment with a sandy beach and good<br />
facilities.Nearby are many lovely walks and<br />
drives - including to the top of the mountain at<br />
Ag. Matheos from where you can see the whole<br />
of the south and the lake at Korission. An ideal<br />
area for families with young children. To the<br />
south you can see the island of Paxos in the<br />
distance.<br />
Prasoudi<br />
Another enjoyable beach is to be found at<br />
Prasoudi - a little way after Paramonas. This<br />
small sandy beach has many natural attractions.<br />

Ag. Gordios<br />
Ag. Gordios is one of the most popular resorts on Corfu. It<br />
also boasts one of the best beaches on the island, both long and sandy. At the south end is a majestic cliff and<br />
a footpath up to the village of Pentati. At the north end of the beach there are paths and tracks over rocky<br />
inlets to explore. The coastline to the north between Ag. Gordios and Yaliscari is full of pine-covered bays.<br />
Water sports, shops, bars, cafes, tavernas and restaurants all help to make this an ideal family holiday resort.<br />
