Nyssos Olive Oil
Situated on the southwest side of the island, near to Issos beach
and next to the wetlands of Lake Korrision, are the Stamatelos
family’s olives groves. In this unique and extremely beautiful area
of Corfu, Nyssos olive oil is produced. It is an oil which is tasty
and rich in nutrients and vitamins, smooth to the taste and which
resonates with the aromas of Corfiot nature - ideal for both
cooking and salads. Issos Beach is a long, sandy beach,
considered one of the most beautiful, not only in Corfu, but in
Europe. It was probably named after Nousso the son of Dionysos
and after whom places of exceptional beauty are named. And for
that reason out of respect for Coriot tradition we called our olive
oil Nyssos. We produce and offer quality virgin olive oil in glass,
metal and PET packaging, a bottle made of special plastic.
