• RSD: Road Sign Detection - Recognises the traffic signs of the road e.g. "speed<br />

limit" or "children" or "turn ahead" typically using cameras. Signs are typically<br />

• SVC: Surround View Cameras - Consists of 6 wide field of view (FoV) cameras<br />

around the car – 1 on each side, 1 in the vehicle grille and 1 rear-mounted<br />

camera;<br />

• CACC: Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control - Realises longitudinal automated<br />

vehicle control. In addition to feedback loop used in the ACC - which<br />

uses Radar or LIDAR measurements to derive the range to the vehicle in front -<br />

the preceding vehicle's acceleration is used in a feed-forward loop.<br />
