Pasta With Cottage Cheese<br />

serves 4, takes 22 minutes<br />

500 grams package egg noodles<br />

100 grams slices smoked bacon<br />

2 cups sour cream<br />

500 grams container cottage cheese<br />

1/4 tsp salt, to taste<br />

1 tsp oil<br />

pinch of pepper<br />

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, then add pasta, some<br />

oil & cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well.<br />

Cut the bacon into small cubes.<br />

In a skillet, over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp, about 8-10<br />

minutes, then drain, set aside.<br />

In a 2-quart casserole, place drained noodles, then stir sour cream into<br />

the noodles.<br />

Spoon cottage cheese evenly over the top of the noodle mixture and<br />

sprinkle bacon pieces over top.<br />

Season to taste with salt and pepper.<br />
