If you remember a few months back,
I was trying to catch up to another
Porsche in traffic in the Flower Mound
area. As it turns out, the other day I was
sitting at a traffic light and noticed that
same car in my rear view mirror. As the
light turned green, I was still on the phone
and unfortunately he was able to sprint
around me while I was hanging up. Upon catching him at
the next light, I gave him the thumbs up as he looked back at
me with his head out the window. Shouting over the noise,
I heard something about his 500+ horse power... Even with
my extra 90 HP in my 2002 Boxster S, there was no way to
compete with the brute power he was putting down. Who
ever is the owner of this Seal Grey 996 TT, and if you are
a member and reading this, drop me a line, maybe we can
start a breakfast group in our area of town or just hook up
for a drive. There’s always room on the calendar to meet
other enthusiasts living close by.
Make a point to meet someone new this month at one of our
events. If you want something different, come up with an
idea and we can add it to our calendar.
