as a role model and mentor to <strong>the</strong> little bro<strong>the</strong>r throughout membership<br />
Act<br />
and participate (when requested) in all new member meetings and events<br />
Attend<br />
<strong>the</strong> values of Phi Mu Delta are maintained throughout <strong>the</strong> program<br />
Ensure<br />
no alcohol is present as new member activities<br />
Ensure<br />
that <strong>the</strong> Founders' Creed is understood and translated through action<br />
Ensure<br />
resources for <strong>the</strong> little bro<strong>the</strong>r, whe<strong>the</strong>r on campus or in <strong>the</strong> community<br />
Provide<br />
a trusting relationship with <strong>the</strong> little bro<strong>the</strong>r to provide a safe place for him to<br />

doubts, stresses or hardships he may be facing<br />
share<br />
academic success for <strong>the</strong> little bro<strong>the</strong>r<br />

by <strong>the</strong> National and local constitution and bylaws<br />
