Your Coursework<br />
The curriculum for the specialization in public relations has<br />
been developed in conjunction with industry executives<br />
to ensure you are training for the highest level of PR strategy.<br />
We’ve built in opportunities to interact with employers, from<br />
frequent guest speakers to recruitment activities to networking<br />
events. In your courses, you’ll learn about public relations strategy<br />
development, tactical planning and execution, social media<br />
monitoring, and crisis communications.<br />

PRPA 600 is prerequisite to all other specialization courses<br />

PRPA 601 is prerequisite to PRPA 602.<br />

PRPA 602 is prerequisite to PRPA 610 and 620.<br />

You must complete all program coursework (except MGMT<br />
670) before taking PRPA 650.<br />
You must complete 24 credits of program coursework, including<br />
