Kawasaki<br />
Kawasaki has introduced a supersports<br />
version of their successful<br />
Z1000 bike, the new Z-1 R.<br />
The new model is supplied complete<br />
with special components, including<br />
aluminium wheels, 4 into 1 exhaust<br />
system and special performance rear<br />
shock absorbers included in the delivery<br />
price.<br />
The engine capacity has been increased<br />
by 7 hp over that of the Z1000, to<br />
put out 90 hp at maximum torque of<br />
7000 rpm.<br />
The Z-1 R's intergrated design concept<br />
has increased both performance and<br />
handling precision.<br />
The body styling of black, ice blue and<br />
silver is as dramatic as the Z-1 R's roadhandling<br />
capabilities.<br />
The Z-1 R will be available from<br />
Kawasaki early, in January.<br />
