After your program comes to an end (and you’ve taken a nice, recuperative break), remember to return to your notes, Indicators of Success Worksheet, and any surveys that were completed throughout the program to identify your successes and opportunities for improvement. Even if you don’t plan to run another maker program for a while, take time to reflect within a few weeks of your program’s conclusion.
