PRIVATE PARTY<br />
“I love it here, the Italian food is excellent and well prepared,”<br />
said Delray businessman Brian. “I eat the meatball sandwich,<br />
the mozzarella and tomato salad and The Godfather sandwich<br />
(which is Prosciutto, Mozzarella, roasted peppers, basil and balsamic).<br />
Sometimes I take it back to the office, other times I take<br />
it home to my parents.”<br />
The selection of sandwiches is endless – they have roast beef<br />
with melted provolone, tomato and mayo-garlic spread or Chicken<br />
Little, which is grilled chicken breast, provolone, bacon and<br />
tomato with garlic-mayo spread. There are other popular sandwiches<br />
(wraps, heros and salads) that will tantalize your taste<br />
buds and hit the spot when you’re hungry or even if you’re not.<br />
Conte’s also has homemade soups that you can take home and<br />
savor at your leisure. There’s Italian Wedding Soup, Chicken vegetable,<br />
chicken tortilla soup, New England Clam Chowder, Pasta<br />
Fagioli and others depending on the day.<br />
There’s another new thing happening at Conte’s. They are<br />
renting out the restaurant after hours for private parties. Just<br />
recently 20 people came together for a dinner party there. They<br />
planned the five-course menu with Bob and had wonderful<br />
homemade Italian fare (salad, Meatballs, Chicken Marsala, and<br />
Broccoli with garlic, Penne marinara and homemade Italian<br />
cheesecake). The prices are reasonably priced and the atmosphere<br />
is upbeat and casual.<br />
If you’re in Pineapple Grove at Breakfast time (starting at<br />
8 am) try their eggs on a roll with bacon, sausage or ham, or<br />
a Greek Omelet, Garden omelet, potato and eggs, pancakes or<br />
French Toast.<br />
If you have a sweet tooth, indulge in butter cookies with sprinkles,<br />
homemade Italian Cheesecake or luscious Tiramisu.<br />
“We are known for our excellent catering for private events,<br />
special parties and business functions. We will discuss and<br />
customize the menu to meet your needs. Call us or order online,”<br />
said Bob.<br />
Come to Conte’s. It’s a place of passion for its Italian culinary<br />
