Rice Krispie Chicken<br />

Ingredients. Butter for greasing, 250g Rice Krispies, 4 chicken breast fillets (boned and<br />

skinned) cut into goujons, salt and pepper, Mayonnaise, Salad and potato wedges to<br />

serve with.<br />

Method 1. Preheat the oven to 200 0C/ 400 0F/Gas 6. Lightly grease a baking tray.<br />

2. Put the Krispies, salt and pepper into a bowl and then crumble with your fingers.<br />

3. Put the mayonnaise in a separate bowl.<br />

4. Dip each piece of chicken into the mayonnaise then into the Krispies.<br />

5. Place them onto the baking tray and bake for approximately 35mins. Turn halfway<br />

through the baking time. Both sides should be golden.<br />

6. Serve with a crisp salad and potato wedges.<br />
