Brake Technology 4.0 at Hannover Messe 2017

Smart motors ready for Industry 4.0 at Hannover
Messe 2017

High-temperature grease for rolling bearings
The new ‘Klübersynth BHE 46-403’ grease has been developed to meet the
long-term requirements for lubrication of rolling bearings subjected to high
loads. The innovative lubricant design of the fully synthetic, high-temperature
grease reliably contributes to extending the component life across a wide service
temperature range. Additives were carefully selected to provide wear and
corrosion protection, and reduce frictional resistance for long runtimes. Thus, a
lasting increase in efficiency can be attained depending on the component
design. It was especially developed for the lifetime and high-temperature
lubrication of rolling bearings subject to sliding friction, i.e. tapered roller
bearings, cylindrical roller bearings and spherical roller bearings. Klübersynth
BHE 46-403 can also be used as a sealing grease or for the lubrication of rolling
bearing seals, thus contributing to product streamlining and minimising the risk
of lubricant mix-ups.
