Camille Delannoy: Strapless riding is freedom for me
and that’s what I like: it seems that there
is no limit (or we haven’t reached it yet).
They all say you are the next "big thing"
of Strapless. How do you feel about it? Is
it a responsibility or just fun for you?
Ha-ha, I don’t know if I’m the next big thing,
it seems so serious when you say it. I’m
still young and I’m trying to have as much
fun as I can in the water. But of course it’s
not just fun: I’m riding and training a lot,
as much as I can, to be able to be part of
the best, and why not, one day, be the best.
In 2016 you joined the F-One international
team. How do you feel about being
part of this big Brand?
When they told me that I was entering the
F-One team, I couldn’t be happier! I’m very
proud to be part of this team. It’s a true
family and everybody is super cool there.
I’m also starting to develop some gear,
and this is really exciting! I’m glad that
they give me this chance.
Tell us about your favourite quiver and
what you really appreciate about it...
For the kites, I’m riding with the Bandit,
especially 7m and 9m, stable for freestyle
