Hydraulic power steering systems offering 20,200 in-lb. of rudder torque and 45 degrees of rudder in each direction.
3.3 turns of the wheel lock-to-lock. Suitable for most boats up to 65 ft. Rugged, oversized construction for high
strength and long life. Painted steel cylinder barrels and clevises, stainless steel cylinder rods, manganese bronze
tiller arm, quadrant frame and mount, stainless steel clevis pins and fastenings, glass filled teflon sliding bearing.

39,000 in. -lb. of rudder torque and 45 degrees of rudder
in each direction. 3.2 turns of the wheel lock-to-lock.
Components are overbuilt for strength and durability.
Painted steel cylinders are upgraded with stainless steel
piston rods. Manganese bronze castings, stainless steel
clevis pins and fastenings, glass filled teflon sliding
bearing, add up to quality and performance.

SINGLE CYLINDER HYDRAULIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM
Complete assembly consisting of a single cylinder with stainless steel cylinder rod, bronze tiller arm and cylinder mount,
suitable for most boats up to 45 ft. Offering 45 degrees of rudder in each direction. Solid bronze tiller arm and bronze
cylinder mount. Tiller arms are bored for rudder shafts ranging from 1 1/4” - 2”. No steel bushings to rust, seize or crack. Clevis
pins are stainless steel and complete with grease grooves and stainless steel grease fittings. All fasteners are stainless steel.
