FUEL FILL HOSE (FIRE-ACOL)
Shields Fire – Acol – Fuel Fill Hose resists
gasoline/alcohol blends and is compounded for low
permeation. It is abrasion resistant and it is reinforced
with wire helix imbedded between plies of HD synthetic
cord. This imported hose is primarily used for fuel fill
(gas or diesel) and is for pleasure boats only. It meets
SAE J1527 Type A2 and ISO 7840 Type A2 NMMA/CE Type
Accepted standards.

FRESH WATER HOSE
All Clear Polyester Reinforced Red Tracer PVC Tubing has
a clear heavy wall FDA formula vinyl. It has a polyester
braid reinforcement and 250# psi burst pressure. This
hose is primarily used for pressurized water system
supply (hot or cold), drain lines (sink, shower, icebox),
wash down pump connections and head intake.

HEAVY DUTY BILGE/WATER HOSE
Shields Vac Extra Heavy Duty/Commercial Grade Hose
has a smooth cover and clear FDA formula PVC with a
white vinyl helix. It is rated for full vacuum and is
resistant to mild chemicals and saltwater. This hose is
primarily used for bilge pump intake and discharge,
potable water tank fill, drains (sinks, shower, and
scupper), livewell intake and drain, and sanitation
(intake, vent and pump out). This hose is utilized for
below the waterline connections. Do not use glycol
based antifreeze in hose. Do not use in pressurized water
systems.

EXHAUST HOSE (HARDWALL)
Marine Water/Exhaust Hose has a black synthetic rubber
tube and cover. It is reinforced with wire helix imbedded
between plies of HD synthetic cord. It is resistant to
exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, anitfreeze and
saltwater. This hose is abrasion and odor permeation
resistant. It now has double the ozone resistance
required by the SAEJ2006. Primarily used for engine
intake, wet exhaust connections (use where bends or
long lengths are required), bilge pump intake/discharge,
scupper lines, toilet intake/discharge, and holiding tank
vent/pump out. The temperature ranges from -20° F –
+200°F continuous, +250°F intermittent. The hose
meets SAE J2006 Type R2 standards.
