If any heir wishes to forgo his/her share <strong>of</strong> the inheritance, then their<br />

portion will be kept within the estate for distribution. One will not<br />

ignore their presence nor exclude them from the working out, but<br />

instead one will include them in the inheritance and then deduct their<br />

share from the sum. <strong>The</strong> reason for this is that their presence may affect<br />

the inheritance <strong>of</strong> others.<br />

<strong>The</strong> allotment <strong>of</strong> the person who has done Sulh<br />

will be taken away from the sum. This will keep<br />

the allotments <strong>of</strong> the other heirs in proportion<br />

If this is not done and instead one ignores the person who has pulled<br />

out, then the allotments may sway to the disadvantage <strong>of</strong> those who<br />

are more worthy.<br />

Note: If the heir wishes his/her share to be used elsewhere then they<br />

must take possession <strong>of</strong> it and then do as they wish. One cannot<br />

control any <strong>of</strong> the estate after withdrawing from it.<br />

One may also make an agreement on taking a specific part <strong>of</strong> the<br />

wealth. e.g. the car. If in such a situation the withdrawing heir seeks<br />
