EAT
The movement of
farm to table eating,
family style share plates and
accompaniment forward dishes has
taken over Calgary’s foodie scene.
Conveniently located at Le Germain
Hotel Calgary is Top Chef All Star,
Chef Connie DeSousa’s renowned
restaurant, Charcut. It is a musttry
for locals as well as travelers:
putting sustainable farming at the
forefront with head-to-toe butchery
techniques. DeSousa states that
the presentation and menu is more
rooted on ingredients and flavors
rather than the display, but believe
me - everything is as visually
stunning as the urban rustic décor.
