It’s your holiday and the arrangements should be just how you want them. Over 21 years we
have developed expertise in creating tailor made holidays that meet the requirements of our
discerning clients. This brochure features suggested itineraries that can either be booked exactly
as they are shown or adjusted to how you would like to travel – add in extra nights, upgrade
your room at a hotel, change your rental car, include more local experiences or board the world
famous Rocky Mountaineer train. It’s up to you.
WHERE TO STAY
Canada has accommodation of all types, from city centre hotels to country inns, deluxe resorts
to rustic lodges. With such a variety available, we can offer options to suit all budgets and
styles, whether it is a full service, top brand hotel to boutique B&B’s that provide something
unique. Outstanding location can often outweigh the facilities and our descriptions will let you
know what to expect.
How we classify our Hotels & Resorts
There is no standard grading system across Canada and so we have created our unique rating
based on location, facilities and experience. In some smaller locations, options may be few and
may be reflected in the rating, for example, a wilderness resort may be classified slightly higher
due to the experience that it offers. Look out for our classifications throughout our brochure.

Each featured property will show a selection of room types,
however, we can offer you additional room types if they are
available. Please discuss this with our travel experts when creating
your itinerary. Bed configurations vary and a twin room may
consist of two doubles, a double and a sofabed or rollaway. The
specific configuration cannot be guaranteed, but we can make
any requests on your behalf.
Parking and WI-FI
Most hotels in Canada have car parking, although charges may
apply in cities or valet options. If parking is free, then this will be
indicated. Wi-Fi and internet access is generally available in most
hotels, but may not be free or only in your room. We will say in
the hotel description if it is free and indicate if this is in the room
and/or communal areas.
Meals
Some of our lodges and resorts, especially those in remote
locations, include all meals as, quite simply, there is nowhere else
to go. The dining is universally of a very good standard but may
feel served family or communal style. Part of the experience is
to get to know your fellow guests and discuss the day’s events
and you may well be joined by the guides too. Others may have
a restaurant service with meals not included and so it is down
to the individual property. If you have any dietary requirements,
please advise us at the time of enquiry so that we can check with
the property that they can be accommodated, especially with the
wilderness properties.
