Day 1: Anchorage
Arrive into Anchorage and make your way to your
hotel.
Day 2: Anchorage to Seward (Rail)
Board the Coastal Classic Train in the Goldstar
Railcar for a breathtaking ride to Seward.
Day 3: Northwestern Fjord Cruise
Travel farther into Kenai Fjords National Park than
with any other cruise and visit the magnificent
Northwestern Fjord, home to three amazing
tidewater glaciers and numerous alpine glaciers.
Day 4: Seward – cruising
Enjoy the morning at leisure in Seward before
boarding the Seven Seas Mariner for your cruise
south to Vancouver. Ship sails at 5pm.
Day 5: Cruising the Hubbard Glacier
Day 6: Sitka
The historic community of Sitka sits on Baranof
Island, on the edge of the Pacific Ocean.
Day 7: Tracy Arm Fjord, Sawyer Glacier & Juneau

Day 1: Calgary – Banff
Arrive into Calgary and take your included transfer
to Banff in the heart of the Banff National Park.
Day 2: Banff
You’ve a full day to explore the pretty Rockies
resort town of Banff with its shops, bars and
restaurants in a stunning mountain setting. Perhaps
take a ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain, a river
float trip on the Bow River or visit Lake Louise and
Moraine Lake. The options are almost endless.
Day 3: Rocky Mountaineer - Kamloops
Board the Rocky Mountaineer and relax as you
travel in SilverLeaf class on your journey through
the Spiral Tunnels and across the Continental
Divide into British Columbia. Enjoy the on-board
service and stunning scenery as you pass glaciers
and snow-capped peaks, then travel through ranch
land to Kamloops for the night.
Day 4: Rocky Mountaineer – Vancouver
Journey along the Thomson River to the Fraser
Canyon and pass through the narrowest point at
Hells Gate. Continue through the fertile Fraser
Valley to Vancouver and transfer to your hotel.
Day 5: Vancouver
Enjoy Vancouver today. We include a city tour to
show you the best of Canada’s most liveable city.
Day 6: Vancouver - Cruise departure
The morning is free for last minute exploring.
Perhaps shop on chic Robson Street or visit the
city’s vast array of museums then board your cruise
ship this afternoon for your Alaska cruise. Seven
Seas mariner sets sail at 6pm
Day 7: Cruise the Inside Passage
This is the scenic waterway that reaches 1000 miles
from beautiful British Columbia to historic Skagway,
Alaska. Through a maze of bays, straits, arms and
fjords you’ll cruise past an ever-changing panorama
of unspoiled beauty...cascading waterfalls, virgin
forests and majestic glacier-carved fjords.
Day 8: Ketchikan
Much of Ketchikan’s colourful past is still in evidence,
like the world’s largest collection of totem poles,
staring out to sea.
Day 9: Tracy Arm Fjord, Sawyer Glacier & Juneau
Sawyer Glacier boasts an impressive list of wildlife;
black and brown bears, deer, wolves and moose. Next
you’ll cruise to Juneau, Alaska’s capital city. Today
it is the scenery and fauna that is the town’s fortune
with wild mountains, fjords and glaciers dominating.
Day 10: Skagway
A hundred years ago some 20,000 gold prospectors
came stampeding through Skagway, a little town that
still survives today with its false fronted buildings and
wooden boardwalks lining the streets.
Day 11: Sitka
The historic community of Sitka sits on Baranof
Island, on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. With a
mixed heritage of part native Alaskan, part Russian,
Sitka is a fascinating destination of unexpected
cultural depth.
Day 12: Cruising Hubbard Glacier
Hubbard Glacier is a mesmerizing natural wonder
framed in striking glacial blue, and is the largest
tidewater glacier in North America.
Day 13: Seward – Departure
Arrive in Seward at 8am this morning and take your
included transfer to Anchorage for your onward
flight, or perhaps stay a while and explore Alaska.
