Larissa Negron, M.D., earned her medical degree at the University of
Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed her residency in pediatrics at
Miami Children’s Hospital. During her career, she has worked as a pediatric
hospitalist at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and Arkansas Children’s Hospital in
Little Rock. Dr. Negron moved to Orlando and joined Windermere Pediatrics
in 2014. She is board-certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the American
Academy of Pediatrics. Her special areas of medical interest include infectious
diseases, nutrition and newborn medicine. Dr. Negron speaks both English
and Spanish fluently.
Denise Serafin, M.D., FAAP

Denise Serafin, M.D., FAAP, earned her medical degree at Ponce School of
Medicine in Puerto Rico. She completed a residency in pediatrics and adolescent
medicine at Cleveland Clinic’s Children’s Hospital in Ohio, where she
served as chief resident during her final year. For one year, Dr. Serafin worked
as a clinical associate in the emergency room/urgent care at Cleveland Clinic
before she joined Windermere Pediatrics in 2005. She is board-certified in

pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Serafin’s
special areas of medical interest include asthma, allergic diseases and
adolescent medicine. She speaks both English and Spanish fluently.

Nasimul Siddiqui, M.D., is board-certified by the American Board of
Pediatrics and has been practicing medicine for 18 years. Dr. Siddiqui studied
at D.J. Sindh Government Science College in Karachi, Pakistan, where
he received his intermediate degree. He then earned a medical degree at
Dow Medical College in Sindh, Pakistan, and completed pediatric residencies
at both Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York and Mercy Hospital in
Pennsylvania. Dr. Siddiqui performs minor urgent-care procedures, including
suturing lacerations, splinting fractured joints and draining abscesses, for
Windermere Medical Center’s youngest patients. In his free time, Dr. Siddiqui
enjoys playing tennis, reading and spending time with his wife and three
children. Pediatricians are available in WMC’s walk-in clinic until 9 p.m. on
weekdays.
