1: THE BOILERMAN BAR IN HAMBURG
Germany serves the finest of fine Highballs, American
Whiskey and a small selection of beer. It also has one
of the most awesome wall murals we have ever seen.
2+3: THE SHUSTOV BRANDY BAR IN ODESSA
Ukraine created by Denis Belenko Design Band is
something quite extraordinary. Walls made from
barrels, celling made from some 20,000 brandy bottles
and table tops made of oak.

4: ARCHIE ROSE
Archie Rose’s boutique custom-made distillery
just 5km south of the Sydney CBD is perfectly
complemented by an industrial-chic bar adjoined to
it where you can pull up a seat, talk shop with their
bartenders and savour their magnificent spirits.

5+6: DENVER & LIELY’S
Denver & Liely’s hand-blown Whisky Glass combines
the benefits of taste and smell associated with a
traditional Whisky snifter with the versatility and style of
a classic tumbler.
The wide base maximises the surface area of a
standard measure, funnelling the aromas through the
tapered body to the optimally sized opening. This
reveals the Whisky’s full character.
Their hand-blown Gin Glass is optimised for all your
favourite cocktails such as G&T’s, Martinis, and
Negronis, as well as beautiful sipping gins with a
block of ice. The carefully considered shape funnels
and concentrates aromas to its opening, therefore
enhancing the taste of the drink. To hone the form and
function of the glass Denver & Liely worked closely
with some of the best gin producers in Australia
including West Winds, Four Pillars, and Distillery
Botanica. During development of the glass they also
implemented feedback from famed bartenders such as
Dave Kerr, Kyle Ford, and Tim Harris.
