Nov. 11 — Challenge For Hope 5K<br />
Give Kids The World Village, 210 S. Bass<br />

Challenge for Hope Walk, Run, Roll or Stroll<br />
5K, formerly known as the Gingerbread<br />
Run. All participants receive a limited edition<br />
medal, goodie bag, snacks, refreshments<br />
and access to finish line pictures<br />
with free download. Costumes are welcome.<br />
Parking is at Plaza Del Sol, formerly<br />
the Osceola Square Mall. Time: Race day<br />
packet pickup opens at 6 a.m. and ends<br />

$50 on race day unless sold out. The cost<br />
for juniors 3-12 is $20 with a paid adult.<br />

Florida’s sixth annual Dance, Dream &<br />
Inspire Ballroom Dance Competition,<br />
during which local “celebrities” pair up<br />
with professional ballroom dance instructors<br />
to perform in a competition for the<br />
winning title. Dancers also compete for<br />
the Most Popular Couple by encouraging<br />
their supporters to vote for them online<br />
in the weeks leading up to the competition.<br />
Time: 6:30 p.m. for registration and<br />
reception; 8 p.m. for the show. Cost:<br />
