(AiOP), an international visual and performance<br />

public art festival. Produced by the<br />

Downtown Arts District, the event takes place<br />

South streets. This year’s theme encompasses<br />

any concepts within the realm of Noise. The<br />

third annual event features 34 art projects<br />
