Gastronomic options are designed with guest
satisfaction in mind. The day begins with a hearty
breakfast at Al Shamal, inspired by the local Middle
Eastern street markets, almost mimicking a souq. Grab
a plate and top it up with waffles, eggs made-to-order,
fresh fruit and pastries.
From business brunches to pre-dinner drinks and
everything in between, the options at Hilton cater to
all palates. Head to the Lobby Lounge for your dose of
caffeine, Le Chalet for the beachside eatery, Al Jazeera
for Lebanese food and shisha by the oceanfront, or
Trader Vic’s Mai Tai Lounge for Polynesian flavours.
We dined at the latter, relishing lamb cutlets, dim sum,
prawns and pies for dinner, accompanied by creative
cocktails. British pub, Scirocco, is worth a visit too.
British grub is on the menu, with fish and chips, and
bangers and mash being the highlights. Live music sets
the tone for the evening, making it an entertaining
nightcap venue.
