RHUMC concert<br />

Accomplished concert soloist, recitalist and opera singer Jessie Tisdale, will<br />

Coastal Clean-Up at Abalone Cove<br />

Join the Los Serenos docents and the community for the annual International<br />

Coastal Cleanup Day. Bring friends and family to clean up Abalone Cove 9<br />

a.m. to noon. Gloves and trash bags provided, or bring your favorite trash<br />

bucket and trash picker! Trail to the beach is moderate to strenuous. Please<br />

wear sturdy shoes; part of the walk will be on cobblestones. Parking fees<br />

waived up to 45 minutes prior to the event and 30 minutes after. Postponed if<br />

Malaga Cove Lawn Show<br />

Last weekend for the summer art show, Saturday and Sunday. Over 30 talented<br />

artists from the seven art groups affiliated with Palos Verdes Art Center<br />

gather on the lawn in Malaga Cove Plaza, 10 a.m to 5 p.m. The Plaza offers<br />

plenty of free parking. With<br />

the support of Palos Verdes<br />

Art Center and the City of<br />

Palos Verdes Estates, the<br />

shows have been a tradition<br />

in the community for over 60<br />

years. The artists have created<br />

a variety of original artwork<br />

including paintings,<br />

ceramics, jewelry and photography<br />

and are happy to<br />

chat about their work and its<br />

creation.<br />

ArtWalk Experiment<br />

The San Pedro Historic Waterfront Business Development District in collaboration<br />

with San Pedro Waterfront Arts District announce an experimental Third<br />

Saturday ArtWalk. Explore galleries and artist lofts, dine in unique eateries<br />

and stay for a show or listen to music at local bars and restaurants. Free<br />

guided ArtWalk tours will be offered at 2:30 and 4:30 p.m., leaving from<br />
