With lifestyles becoming more stressful
do you see a lot of people coming in with
that kind of injuries?
A lot of people come in these days
with neck pain, neck spasms and lower
back pain. These are all part of daily
life stress, and for this we focus on the
relaxation part of treatment.
To prevent recurrence of problems,
we teach breathing exercises, and
meditation. We teach a combination of
Pilates and yoga techniques. This is a
must, especially for people with neck
pain. Lumbar spine or back pain and
knee pain are also amongst the most
common ailments. ACL or Anterior
Cruciate Ligament injuries are treated by
Dr.Hayat who is an expert in it. It affects
a lot of sports people, mostly football
players and runners. Dr. Hayat has an
exclusive ACL protocol where in about
3 months the player gets back to full
food habits a contributor?
